托烷司琼加穴位按压预防妇科腔镜术后恶心呕吐的临床研究

Clinical study on precautionary effect of tropisetron combined with acupuncture on nausea after gynecologic laparoscopy operation

目的:探讨托烷司琼加穴位按压对预防妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后恶心呕吐的效果.方法:本研究选择接受妇科腹腔镜手术的患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,两组患者分别施以静脉注射托烷司琼和静脉注射托烷司琼加穴位按压两种干预方法,观察并验证两种干预方法临床疗效的差异.采用不同方法干预后,分析两组患者发生PONV的时间、程度以及术后患者的血压、心率、呼吸、氧饱和度等临床观察指标的前后变化,探讨治疗PONV的最佳方案.结果:两组患者恶心呕吐发生率分别为40.6%和25.0%,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:托烷司琼加穴位按压可有效地降低妇科腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐的发生率.

AIM：To investigate the precautionary effect of tropi-setron combined with acupuncture on nausea after gynecologic lap-aroscopy operation.METHODS：Patients who received the gyne-cologic laparoscopy operation were divided into two groups ran-domly according to numerical table.One group was treated by tro-pisetron only and the other by tropisetron combined with acupunc-ture.The difference of effectiveness of the therapeutic regimens were observed and verified.The time postoperative nausea and vomiting （PONV）presented,its severity and changes of clinical manifestations like postoperative blood pressure, heart rate, breathing condition and oxygen saturation were analyzed to deter-mine the optimum therapeutic regimen.RESULTS：The inci-dences of PNOV of the two groups were 40.6% and 25.0% re-spectively.The difference was statistical significant （P 〈0.05 ）. CONCLUSION：Tropisetron combined with acupuncture can ef-fectively reduce the incidence of PNOV after gynecologic laparos-copy operation.
