中药联合针灸治疗腰椎骨质增生腰疼急性加重96例临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of combined acupuncture and medicine in 96 patients with acute exacerbation of hyperosteogeny of lumbar backache

目的:探究和分析中药联合针灸治疗腰椎骨质增生腰疼急性加重的临床效果.方法:选择我院2012-04/2014-12接收的腰椎骨质增生腰疼急性加重患者192例为主要对象,随机分成对照组和实验组,各96例.对照组给予针灸治疗,实验组联合中药以及针灸进行治疗.观察和比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果:在总有效率比较上,实验组比对照组高,差异明显(P<0.05),提示有统计学意义;在VAS分值改善比较上,实验组优于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05),提示有统计学意义.结论:联合中药和针灸对腰椎骨质增生腰疼急性加重患者进行治疗,能够有效减轻患者的疼痛症状,改善患者的预后,值得普及.

AIM：To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on treating lumbar hyperosteogeny lumbar pain of acute exacerbation.METHODS：Our hospital from Janu-ary 2014 to December 2014 received hyperosteogeny of lumbar backache patients with acute exacerbation in 192 cases as the main object,and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group,with 96 cases in each.The control group was given acupuncture treatment,while the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared.RESULTS：In the total efficiency of comparison,the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference is obvious（P 〈0.05）,suggesting that there is statistical significance;In VAS score improvement comparison, the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05 ）.CONCLU-SION：Combined Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment on lumbar hyperosteogeny lumbar pain of patients with acute exacerbation,can effectively relieve pain of patients,im-prove the prognosis of patients,and is worthy of popularization.
