中西医结合治疗儿童注意缺陷多功能障碍34例分析

Analysis of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating 34 children with attention deficit disorder

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗儿童注意缺陷多功能障碍的临床疗效.方法:从我院2012-06/2014-06收治的儿童注意缺陷多功能障碍患者中随机性抽取68例作为研究对象,并将研究对象随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各34例.研究组给予西医治疗,对照组在西医治疗的基础上加以中药保神汤加味治疗.结果:两组治疗总有效率均为100%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应率、Conners量表评分以及学习成绩提高上均优于对照组,组间数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:中西医联合治疗儿童注意缺陷多功能障碍疗效显著,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广和应用.

AIM：To investigate the clinical curative effect of in-tegrated Chinese and western medicine on children with attention deficit disorder.METHODS：A total of 68 children with atten-tion deficit disorder who visited the hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated by Western medicine ,while patients in the control group were treated by mod-ified Baoshen Decoction besides Western medicine.RESULTS：The effective rates of treatment of the two groups were 100%（P 〈0.05 ）;the rate of adverse reactions,Conners scale score and performance in school of the observation group were better than those of the control group.Differences between data of the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.CONCLU-SION：Integrated Chinese and western medicine has significant curative effect in treating children with attention deficit disorder. It is safe,effective and worthy of promotion and application.
