中厚板冷后表面残余水消除的研究及应用

Research and Application of the Elimination of the Residual Water during Plate Cooling

针对中厚板轧后ACC(加速冷却)过程中现有侧喷吹水系统难以彻底清除钢板表面残余水的现象,通过增加中喷系统,改进了现有的残余水吹扫系统,保证了钢板冷却均匀性,各项水冷指标得到明显提高,成功解决了由于钢板表面残余水而引起的板形瓢曲问题。

The plate after ACC （Accelerated cooling） system, the difficult for side spray water system to wipe out residual water on steel plate surface, by increasing the middle spray system, improve the existing residual water spray system, ensure the steel plate cooling uniformity, the water indexes have been improved obviously, suc cessfully solved the plate flatness problem cause by residual water on steel plate surface.
