摘要
目的:探讨不同刺激线圈的低频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对氯化锂-匹鲁卡品致痫大鼠痫性发作的影响。方法选取60只健康雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为空白对照组(n=20)、圆形线圈组(n=20)和8字形线圈组(n=20),各组大鼠经rTMS预处理后,将其制成氯化锂-匹鲁卡品急性癫痫模型。观察各组大鼠在注射匹鲁卡品90 min内痫性发作的潜伏期及发作时行为学表现。结果与空白对照组比较,磁刺激组大鼠痫性发作潜伏期均延长,3组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两磁刺激组间比较显示,8字形线圈组大鼠痫性发作潜伏期较圆形线圈组延长,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。与空白对照组比较,磁刺激组大鼠发作级别评分均较低,3组间比较差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);两磁刺激组组间比较显示,8字形线圈组发作级别评分较圆形线圈组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论圆形线圈、8字形线圈的低频rTMS预处理均可有效延长大鼠痫性发作潜伏期、降低痫性发作级别,并且8字形线圈的低频rTMS的作用更显著。
Objective To explore the effects of different exciting coil low -frequency repetitive tran‐scranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) on rats with seizures induced by lihium-pilocarpine .Methods 60 wistar rats were randomly assigned into control group (n = 20) ,circular coil group (n = 20) and figure -8 shaped coin group (n = 20) .All animals were pretreated by rTMS ,the acute epileptic model was made by lihium-pilocarpine .All the rats were injected pilocarpine ,to observe the latency of seizures and behavioral manifestations within 90 min .Results Compared with the control group ,the latency of magnetic stimulation group was prolonged and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0 .05);Magnetic stimulation between the two groups showed that the latency of 8 -shaped coil group was extender than the circular coin group ,the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0 .05) . The scores of seizure level were significantly lower in the both stimulate groups relative to the control group ,difference among the three groups was statistically significant (P〈 0 .05) .Seizure level scores of 8-shaped coil group significantly lower than those in the circular coil group ,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0 .05) .Conclusions The rats of circular coin group and 8-shaped coil group pretreated with rTMS led to a longer latency of seizure onset ,and figure-8 shaped coil showed the better anti-epileptic effects .
