发审委在陪伴中国证券市场己己年之后。不再作为企业进入资本市场的必经门槛。注册制改革也成为此次证券法修改中最核心的一环。作为呼吁已久的改革．注册制被认为是大势所趋．而IPO审核方式的转变，在一定程度上意味着故水养鱼、做活市场的时代到来。

The issuance examination committee has been with China's securities market 22 years, which could not be seemed as the threshold accessing to capital market for enterprise. Registration reform can be considered as the one of the most important section in the revision of the Securities Law. As the reform that has been called for a long time, registration system can be seemed as a trend, which changes the review method of IPO, to a certain extent, which means that that market will be in more active.
