校企联合背景下高职院校导师制人才培养模式研究

摘要 合作办学模式下的校企双方蕴涵着丰富的师资资源,为了充分有效地利用这些资源,高职院校人才培养提出了一种创新模式——导师制。通过有针对性地调研走访数十家企业,了解企业在政治素养、理论基础和实操能力方面对人才选拔的标准,进而提出实施导师制,校企双方共同组建高质量的师资队伍,形成"专业导师、能力导师、企业导师"三位一体的人才培养模式,对学生专业学习、素质提升和能力培养提出了更高的要求。 Both the school and the enterprise have abundant teaching resources under the background of school-enterprise cooperation. In order to make sufficient and effective use of these resources, higher vocational college talents training presents an innovative mode the tutorial system. Through pertinently visiting and investigating dozens of enterprises, higher vocational college knows the talents selection standard of enterprises in the aspects of political quality, theoretical foundation and practical abihty, and then proposes the implementation of tutorial system. Both the school and the enterprise jointly organize teaching team of high quality, form " professional tutor, ability tutor, enterprise tutor" , the three-in-one talent training mode, and propose higher requirements on students" professional study, quality promotion and abihty cultivation.
