通过对黄石地区经济社会的发展方向以及黄石地区职业院校人才培养概况的分析,理清黄石地区职业院校人才培养中存在的问题,对职业教育与区域经济的协调发展进行探讨,并从政府、学校两方面提出职业院校服务地方经济发展的对策,以期帮助黄石地区的职业院校加强管理、推动教育教学改革、提高教学质量,从而促进黄石地区产业结构调整,实现经济的稳步发展,加快生态城市的建设步伐。

According to the analysis of regional economy direction and vocational college talents training situation in Huangshi, the researcher clarifies the problems in vocational college talents training, discusses the coordinative development of vocational education and regional economy, and puts forwards countermeasures for vocational college to serve local economic development in the aspects of government and school, in order to help Huangshi vocational colleges to strengthen its management, promote education reform, and improve teaching quality, so as to promote the adjustment of industrial structure, bring about the steady development of economy, and accelerate ecological city＇s construction pace.
