摘要
当前高职院校教学督导工作多数还停留在"找毛病"的阶段,并未形成有效的督导运行机制,为了不断提高教学质量,高职院校应当把教学督导组织体系、制度体系、信息反馈及文档资料管理机制逐步建立健全,并按"PDCA循环"机制运行,形成循环运转不断自我完善的教学督导运行机制,确保教学质量不断提高。
Currently, the Teaching Supervision in higher vocational colleges still stuck in the ＂ looking for trouble＂ stage,which did not form an effective supervisory mechanism. In order to continuously improve the quality of teaching, vocational colleges should organize the teaching supervision system, institutional system, feedback and documentation management system and gradually establish a sound system, run ＂ PDCA cycle＂ mechanism, form a continuous improvement cycle operation of teaching supervision mechanisms to ensure the continuous improvement of the quality of teaching.
