腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的效果观察

The Effect Observation of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in the Treatment of Acute Cholecystitis

目的:分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的效果。方法:收集2012年2月-2014年10月笔者所在医院收治的150例急性胆囊炎患者,按照不同的治疗方法,分为治疗组与对照组,各75例。治疗组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对照组行传统开腹胆囊切除术,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组切口长度、术中出血量、术后引流量等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间、下床时间和住院时间明显少于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎,安全有效,有利于降低并发症发生率,促进患者术后恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective：To analyze the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Method：150 patients with acute cholecystitis from February 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected,according to the different methods of treatment they were divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group was 75 cases.The treatment group was underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the control group was underwent conventional open cholecystectomy,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Result：The incision length,blood loss, Postoperative drainage and other indicators of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Bowel sounds recovery time,bed time and hospital stays of the treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group,the pain scores of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and effective in the treatment of acute cholecystitis,it helps to reduce the incidence of complications.It may help to reduce the incidence of complications,and promote postoperative recovery,worthy of promotion.
