能力-基础教育对护理系学生综合表现的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨能力-基础教育对护理系学生综合表现的影响。方法选取实习的70名实习护士,对其进行编号后通过随机数表法随机分为两组,观察组35人,对她们进行以能力培养为教学中心的培养方式;对照组35人,进行传统的教学模式。比较培训前后两组护士各个方面的综合能力。结果在培训前,两组实习护士的急救能力、操作水平、理论知识等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);通过培训后,两组护士各方面能力都有不同程度的增加,培训前后结果相比较,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为11.71、11.01、13.39,均P<0.05)。并且观察组在培训后有明显的提高,其中合格人数明显高于对照组(χ2=5.29),观察组急救能力评价等级为“弱”的人数明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.79),相比对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实习护士进行能力-教育的培训方法有利于提高护理系学生综合能力,增加了临床经验,值得临床推广。
