Safety Management System for Inspection Operation of Rolling Stock Depot of Ningbo Subway

针对目前宁波地铁车辆段检修作业的管理现状,分析人工管理方面不足之处和可能存在的安全隐患,研究一种利用技术手段代替人工管理的系统解决方案,并在宁波地铁车辆段应用。该系统采用先进的自动化控制技术,结合计算机逻辑判断,实现检修作业过程的安全管控,同时提高工作效率。

With regard to current management situation of inspection operation of rolling stock depot of Ningbo subway, on basis of analysis of insufficiency and potential safety hazards in aspect of manual management, a system solution of technical approach is developed to replace the manual management, and is applied in rolling stock depot of Ningbo subway. The system adopts advanced automation control technology combining computer logic judgment, accomplishes safety control of inspection operation process and improves working efficiency at the same time.
