一种微力测量系统的实现方法与实验验证
作者:牛亚楠单位:东风雷诺汽车有限公司技术中心.湖北武汉430056摘要:介绍了一种微力测量系统的设计和制造方法。运用Maxwell对静电复现装置进行仿真分析,得出不同因素的影响大小并作为设计依据。对刀口进行了校核.验证了装置的理论可行性。基于电容数字转换器AD7747设计并制造出电容测量系统.在标定后进行了电容梯度测量实验。实验结果表明所设计的系统达到了设计预期。
Realization method and experiment verification of a micro-force measuring system NIU Ya-nan Research and Development Center, Dongfeng Renault Automobile Co.Ltd, Wuhan 430056, China Abstract: The design and fabricating method of a micro-force measuring system is introduced. The Maxwell is used to simulate the electrostatic force reproduction devices for getting the impact of different factors on electrostatic force and giving a basis for design. The rolling resistance is checked and the feasibility of the system is verified theoretically. A capacitance measuring system is designed and fabricated based on capacitance-to-digital converter AD7747. Then the capacitance gradient measuring experiments are done after calibration.
