摘要
通过对花洒底座结构、使用性能的分析,采用三板模点浇口、一模四腔形式结构方案,设计出抽芯机构和脱模机构。介绍了弯销侧向分型与抽芯机构工作原理,说明了模具的工作原理。经过生产验证,该模具结构合理,脱模顺利,模具寿命长,生产的产品质量较好。
The structure and working performance of the shower base are analyzed in this pa‐per ,and a mould structure with three plates ,pin‐point gate and four cavities is designed . The core‐pulling and demolding devices are also determined .The mould working principle , curved‐pin side parting mechanism and core‐pulling mechanism are also introduced .Practice has proved that this mould structure is reasonable and convenient to demold .The mould life is improved and the product quality can meet the requirements .
