基于交通信号管理对减少能源消耗和CO_2排放的研究

摘要 化石燃料燃烧将会导致CO2的排放,在陆路传输系统中,减少能源消耗和CO2排放,将对环境和经济有一个直接正面的影响,目前已成为绿色技术的生要组成部分。交通信号管理是管理运输网络的一种基本手段,随着智能运输系统(Intelligent Transportation System,简记为ITS)的发展,交通信号管理的研究尚未完善,依然是最重要的研究和发展项目之一。它利用信息与通信技术,解决城市交通拥塞和能耗减少,已成为将来绿色ITS的主要研究方向。本文旨在调查目前最新的基于交通信号管理的应用研究,以及在这个领域所面临的挑战。
