摘要
对员工进行岗前化工装置的现场操作培训与考核,会影响装置正常生产,增加培训难度、风险及成本,为解决该问题,利用虚拟现实技术和Unity3D技术的优点,针对化工装置开发了虚拟培训系统。本文对化工生产的特点进行了总结,介绍了基于Unity3D的化工装置虚拟培训系统的设计流程、整体结构和功能,分析了虚拟培训系统在化工生产培训方面的优点,对积极开展有针对性的化工生产过程虚拟化操作培训具有重要意义。
The staffs pre-service operation training and examination for chemical engineering device influence the normal production of device, as well as increase the difficulties, risks and costs of the training. In order to solve this problem virtual training system for chemical engineering device, which makes flail use of the advantages of virtual reality technology and Unity3D technology, is developed. The characteristics of chemical engineering production were summarized; the design process, overall structure and function of virtual training system for chemical engineering device based on Unity3D were introduced; the characteristics of virtual training system to chemical engineering production training were analyzed. These will have a great significance on the active promotion of virtual operation training for targeted chemical engineering production process.
