摘要
在数控车削中,手工难以编写双曲线轮廓的数控程序。文中提出了双曲线轮廓插补算法,结合双曲线轮廓参数方程的特点,利用华中数控系统的高级编程语言,编写了双曲线轮廓插补代码和"插补指令",最后通过数控加工验证了指令及代码的正确性。该指令简洁易读、适用性强、可控制加工精度,编程者仅需对"插补指令"的参数赋值,即可得到双曲线轮廓的数控程序。
In the NC turning processing ,it is difficult to write NC program of hyperbolic curve by manual. The hyperbolic curve contour interpolation algorithm is presented. According to the characteristics of the hyperbolic curve contour parameters of the equation ,the high level programming language of Huazhong CNC system is used to write the hyperbolic curve contour interpolation code and interpolation instruction ,the correctness of the instruction and the code is verified by NC machining. The instruction is concise and easy to read ,strong applicability ,can control the machining accuracy. The programmers only need assign to “interpolation”directive parameter to obtain the hyperbolic profile NC program.
