摘要
文中给出了基于Lab VIEW的直流电机转向调速系统的设计方法,介绍了系统的组成和软件程序设计。通过安装在计算机中的虚拟仪器软件并结合仪器硬件设计,选择PCI-6221(37-Pin)数据采集卡计数器采集转速传感器信号并且输出模拟电压,改进PID控制算法控制电机转速,使用三极管和场效应管开关实现直流电机驱动与转向调整,并用虚拟仪器图形编辑软件Lab VIEW采集与处理数据,完成对转速的监测及准确控制功能。
This paper presents a design method of steering and speed control system for DC motor based on LabVIEW, it describes the system composition and software program. Virtual instrument software combined with hardware instrument are used in the architecture of system. The counter of PCI-6221 (37-Pin) is applied to collect the signal of speed sensor, its analog output channel is used to output driving voltage. The improved PID controlling algorithm is used to control the speed of motor, the triodes and FET switches are used torealize the DC motor driving and steering adjustment.Virtual instrument graphic editing software LabVIEW are used to collect and process data, and complete the monitoring of speed and accurate controlling function.
