摘要
针对难加工材料的微小孔加工,对以立方氮化硼(CBN)为材料的磨钻的结构进行优化设计。以磨粒为不同形状和不同排列的磨钻为研究对象,用Deform-3D进行仿真实验,得到磨钻在工作过程中对工件的应力、应变、载荷等实验数据,通过对这些实验数据的对比、分析,得出最适合磨钻的磨粒形状及磨粒的排列顺序。
For tiny hole machining of hard-to-cut materials ,the optimal CBN drill is designed. The drills with different shapes and different sort the abrasive particles are taken as the study object , the simulation experiment was carried out using Deform-3D to get the stress,strain,load on the workpiece in drill grinding process. Through analysis and comparison of the experimental data ,the most suitable grain shape and abrasive order are obtained for abrasive grinding drill.
