基于有限元的水泵双层隔振优化设计

摘要 采用有限元ANSYS优化设计手段,以传递到基础上力的最小极值为目标函数,对隔振器的刚度和阻尼进行优化设计,得到最优值,提高水泵隔振系统的隔振性能,达到水泵双层隔振系统优化设计的目的。该方法将隔振系统评价方法和有限元分析技术结合起来,对于其它机械设备隔振系统的优化具有借鉴意义。 Regarding the minimum extreme force which is transferred to the base as the objective function, stiffness and damping of vibration isolator were optimized to get the optimal value based on ANSYS. And the performance of vibration isolation system was improved in order to optimize the double-layer vibration isolation system of vertical pump. This method combines the vibration isolation system evaluation method with finite element analysis technology, it has the reference significance for the optimization of other mechanical equipment vibration isolation system.
