摘要
在CATIA设计建模环境下,对一体式折叠桌椅进行建模,完成整体结构设计与运动仿真分析,实现了桌面高度、倾斜度可调,位置可旋转;靠背高度、角度可调节,靠背板旋转可选择,必要情况下可作为简易桌子使用;椅子可实现高度调节、椅面板旋转和空间折叠等功能。该一体式桌椅具有结构紧凑、占用空间小、方便携带的特点,适合于教室或旅行使用。
Under the CATIA design environment, modeling of all-in-one folding desk and chair was built. The overall structural design and motion simulation analysis were completed , the desktop height and slope is adjustable and can be rotated. The backrest height and angle is adjustable too. The back board can be rotated. It can be used as a simple table. The chair height can be adjusted;the chair panel can be rotated and folded. The all-in-one desk and chair has advantages of compact structure, small room occupation, and convenient for the classroom or travel use.
