新型重型数控落地铣镗床回转工作台结构

摘要 针对目前国内数控落地式铣镗床回转工作台结构缺点,介绍一种新型重型数控落地式铣镗回转工作台结构。新结构的回转工作台支撑导轨均采用闭式静压导轨结构;定位锁紧机构结构简单,不易引起工作台变形;传动链均采用闭环控制,该回转台具有承载能力强、回转及定位精度高、可联动切削等特点。 To solve the defects of rotary table structure in the present domestic CNC horizontal milling and boring machine, this paper introduces a new type of heavy-duty CNC horizontal milling and boring machine rotary table structure. Closed hydrostatic guideway structure is applied in the new structural rotary table support rails. Its simple positioning and locking mechanism is unlikely to cause rotary table structural deformation.Closed loop control is adopted in its transmission chain. It has a strong bearing capacity, high precision turning and positioning, linkage cutting characteristics.
