This paper introduces the structure and main technical data of the high precision tandem roll of PQF with Niobium Alloy. Based on analysis of the difficult points in manufacturing of the tandem roll, the detailed manufacturing process is determined. The crucial procedures and solution for the tandem roll in machining operation are proposed to get satisfactory effect.
