Automatic Lifting Door Shield

作为车轮生产线一部分,车轮的加工需要机床的完全自动化。传统的机床防护罩需人为的开与关,不能与车轮生产线相配合,无法达到生产线自动化生产的要求,不能提高生产效率。文中介绍了一种自动升降门防护罩,能适应自动化生产的要求,与生产线的无缝对接,实现机床加工的自动化。

Wheel processing needs full automatic machine tools as parts of the wheel production lines. Traditional machine tool shields need to be opened or closed by manual, so they can not be used in the automatic wheel production line. This paper introduces an automatic lifting door shield which is safe and reliable. It realizes seamless integration of machine tools in production line, and can satisfy the requirements of automatic production line.
