摘要
目前,洞庭湖区湿地生态农业建设在湿地面积、气温变化、水文水质、生物多样性、血吸虫病感染等方面均存在一些突出问题,系统工程建设的理论与方法对加快洞庭湖区湿地生态农业发展有着重要指导意义。基于系统工程的视角,提出应从时间维、逻辑维和知识维3个角度发展该地区湿地生态农业,以实现经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的高度统一。
At present, there are some outstanding problems in the construction of wetland ecological agriculture in Dongting Lake Area in aspects of the wetland area, temperature change, hydrology and water quality, biodiversity, and schistosomiasis infection, etc., the theory and methods of the construction of system engineering have important guiding significance for accelerating the development of Dongting Lake Area’s wetland ecological agriculture. Based on the perspective of system engineering, this paper points out that the wetland ecological agriculture in Dongting Lake Area should be developed from the time dimension, logic dimension and knowledge dimension in order to realize the high unification of economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit.
