摘要
分析了电力设计企业档案管理中存在的问题,提出了新形势下档案管理体系建设的原则,并从档案管理主体、业务范围、管理方法等方面,对档案管理体系的建设进行了探讨。
This paper analyzes some problems existing in archives management of electric-power design enterprise, puts forward some principles for the construction of archives management system, and from aspects of the main body of archives management, the scope of business, and the method of management, etc., probes into the construction of archives management system.
