摘要
山西大唐国际临汾热电有限责任公司钢球磨机电机运行中绕组温度升高,检查发现转子笼条已有铝熔现象且部分已断裂。通过优化运行方式和转子改造,将转子笼条由铸铝改为铜质,使绕组温度降低,电流降低,取得了良好的节能效果。
The winding temperature rises in the operation of steel ball mill’s motor in Shanxi Datang International Linfen Thermal Power Co., LTD., it is found that the aluminum melting phenomenon has occurred on rotor’s cage bars part of which has been broken. Through optimizing the operation mode and conducting the rotor’s transformation, the cast-aluminum rotor’s cage bars have been changed into the copper ones, lowering the winding temperature and reducing the electric current, and achieving the good energy-saving effect.
