摘要
对井下防爆胶轮车液压传动系统的评价指标进行了优化,并在此基础上,提出了一种更行之有效的液力系统参数区间优化方案,为证明此优化方案的有效性,对目前大多数井下常用的WC8防爆胶轮车的传动系统进行了试验,结果显示该优化方案切实可行。
This paper optimizes the evaluation indexes of the hydraulic transmission system of mine explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle, and based on this, proposes a more effective scheme of the optimization of hydraulic system’s parameter intervals, and in order to prove the effectiveness of optimized scheme, makes a test on the hydraulic transmission system of WC8 explosion-proof rubber-tyred vehicle commonly used in most of coal mines at present, the results of which show that the optimized scheme is feasible.
