去卵巢大鼠骨基质明胶修复骨缺损骨痂的X射线显微分析

摘要 目的 研究去卵巢状态下骨基质明胶修复大鼠颅骨骨缺损新生骨痂的钙磷元素的动态变化。方法  2 8只雌性SD大鼠随机分为两组。去卵巢组切除双侧卵巢 ,伪手术对照组保留卵巢。术后 4周在颅骨上制备骨缺损并同期植入骨基质明胶。术后 2、8周 ,应用扫描电镜联合电子探针对骨缺损区域新生骨痂的钙磷元素进行分析。结果 去卵巢组和对照组骨缺损区域骨痂的钙、磷元素原子个数比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 Objective To detect dynamic changes of elements Ca?P in the skull bone delects repaired by bone gelatin matrix grafting in rats with both ovaries excised. Methods 28 female SD rats were divided into two groups randomly. The ovaries were excised in OVX group and the ovaries of Sham group were reserved as control. At the fourth week after ovariectomy, the bone defects were made in skull bones of both groups, then the bone matrix gelatin were implanted. 2 and 8 weeks later, the elements Ca?P were detected by X-ray microanalysis system. Results During the healing process there was statistic difference in the electromicroscopic Ca/P atom amount ratio between the OVX group and the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The estrogen state can influence the process of mineralization of bone defects repaired with bone matrix gelation.
