摘要
通过医院门诊管理及服务现状调查和根源分析,推进门诊管理机制改革,优化门诊服务流程,提高门诊服务质量。门诊管理要随着门诊功能拓展和变化而赋予新的职能,创新服务理念,在服务中体现医院的发展和管理思路。
Through the investigation and root analysis of the out-patient management service situation, the out-patient management mechanism is promoted, the out-patient service process is optimized, and the out-patient service quality is improved. New functions should be given to the out-patient management with the broadening and changing of the out-patient function, to strengthening the concept innovation and service construction, and show the development and management thinking way of the hospital during service.
