摘要
目的探讨耳穴按压对癌症患者化疗中胃肠道反应的影响。方法选择2013年1—12月于该院住院治疗的化疗患者240例,随机分为干预组和对照组各120例。干预组在接受常规的治疗及护理的同时,采用耳穴按压并磁圆针治疗来预防肿瘤患者的化疗中出现的恶心、呕吐。对照组遵医嘱只接受常规的治疗,接受时间均为4周,比较二组患者的胃肠道反应症状。结果采用耳穴治疗后,干预组化疗患者出现胃肠道反应的例数明显低于对照组。结论耳穴按压能有效降低癌症患者化疗中的胃肠道反应。
Objective To discuss the impact of ear pressed on gastrointestinal response in cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 240 cases of cancer patients with chemotherapy in January-De-cember 2013 in author＆#39;s hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,120 ca-ses in each group.The intervention group received conventional treatment and care at the same time,using auricular point press and magnetic circular needle therapy to prevent nausea and vomit in cancer patients with chemotherapy.While the control group received conventional treatment prescribed for 4 weeks.Then the symptoms of gastrointestinal reaction were compared between the two groups.Results With auricular therapy after chemotherapy,the number of cases of the gastrointestinal tract reaction in the intervention group was significantly lower than in the control group.Conclusion Auricular point press can effectively reduce the gastrointestinal reaction in cancer patients with chemotherapy.
