基于IEC61850的可视化系统配置器的设计与实现

摘要 为了更方便的生成变电站配置文件,本文分析了SCL(Substation Configuration Description Language)配置文件的结构,提出将变电站电气元件的信息嵌入可伸缩矢量图形SVG中,操作人员通过简单的拖拽这些SVG图形搭建起变电站系统一次设备拓扑结构,软件自动获取这些图形的电气属性及拓扑结构,生成符合IEC61850标准的配置文件SSD,完成可视化配置。本文介绍了可视化配置器的系统结构及其关键模块的技术实现,最后给出了运用该工具的配置实例,实验表明,配置器软件能够根据操作人员搭建的图形结构,自动生成满足IEC61850规范的系统描述文件SSD。 To make it easier to generate substation configuration file, the structure ofSCL(Substation Configuration Description Language)configuration fileisanalyzed and an idea is proposed in this paper. Through embedding the information of substation electrical components intoSVG ( Scalable Vector Graphics), the operator cansimply drag these SVG graphics to erect substation primary equipment topology and the software can automatically obtain these graphics'electrical properties and topology to generate SSD configuration files that meet IEC61850 standard, which means complete the visual configuration. This paper describes thevisual configurator's structure and key modules'technology, and finally gives example of the use of the visual configurator. Experiments show that the configuration software cangenerate system profile SSD automatically in line with IEC61850 specification based on operator's graphical structure.
