基于ADS125x的多通道数据采集设计及精度提高方法

摘要 ADS125x是基于Δ-Σ技术的高性能多通道24位模数转换器(ADC),可实现理论上高达23位的无噪音分辨率和最高30KSPS的数据采样率。基于嵌入式处理器对ADS125X的单极性、多通道数据采集设计进行了实验,并总结出在实际使用中高采样率下提高精度的设计技巧。经有效位数测试表明,在采样率为1KSPS时,此方案单极性多通道采集的有效位数仍然可以达到19.6位,验证了设计的有效性。 ADS125x is multi-channel and high-performance 24-bit ADC which is based onΔ-Σtechnology. Theoretically, it can achieve 23-bit noiseless resolution and a maximum 30,000SPS sampling rate. The present study focused on the design of a unipolar and multi-channel data acquisition system with ADS125X based on embedded system. Additionally, it summed up several ways to improve the system's sampling precision with high sampling rate in practice. The test of effective number of bits (ENOB) in this design shows that with 1000 sampling rate, ENOB of unipolar and multi-channel data acquisition can still reach 19.6 bits, which verifies the effectiveness of the scheme.
