摘要
针对汽车车窗升降自动化广泛应用的需求,设计了基于MC9S12XS128微处理器的硬件电路系统。采用将霍尔传感器应用在电动车窗实时定位防夹设计中的方法,通过选择直流电机电枢电流为实时检测对象,结合采样放大电路完成信息的采集。软件程序部分采用C语言编写,能够完成采集信息的传送。测试结果表明,该设计系统运行可靠、响应快,达到了提高车窗防夹的稳定性和可靠性的设计要求,具有一定的实用性。
Automation for automotive window lift a wide range of application requirements, the design of the hardware circuitry MC9S12XS128 microprocessor. The Hall sensor using the method applied in real-time positioning pinch electric windows design, by selecting the DC armature current real-time detection of objects, combining sampling amplifier circuit to complete the acquisition of information.
