针对HXD1D机车前窗玻璃粘接过程中的工艺问题,分析潜在原因并找到解决措施。通过控制粘接环境条件、胶接剂质量以及粘接工序过程,全面管理与改善粘接工艺质量。
According to the technical problems of HXD1D locomotive in front window bonding process, this paper analyzes the potential reasons and the solutions. Through controlling the environment, glue quality and bonding process, the quality of adhesive technology is improved greatly.
