两种康复方案下关节镜下前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术后本体感觉的恢复程度观察

Observation of proprioception recovery of patients receivedanterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction under arethroscope based on two different recure programs

目的探索分析两种康复方案下关节镜下前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术后本体感觉的恢复程度,明确其应用价值。方法选择我院收治的前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤重建术后患者作为研究对象并进行分组研究,对照组均进行普通康复训练,研究组均进行本体感觉康复训练。将两组患者的康复训练效果进行对比。结果两组患者术前本体感觉恢复程度相比不具有显著性差异(P>0.05);研究组术后6个月以及1年的屈膝至15°、45°、75°本体感觉恢复程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术前、术后6个月以及术后1年的Lysholm膝关节功能评分不具有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论针对前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤重建术后患者进行本体感觉康复训练,有利于促进患者本体感觉康复,具有极大的推广应用价值。

Objective Aimed to study proprioeeption recovery of patients received Anterior Cruciate Ligament （ACL） reconstruction under arethroseope based on two rehabilitation nursing programs. Methods Patients, whoreeeived Anterior Crueiate Ligament （ACL） reconstruction under arethroscope in our hospital, were dividedinto control group and research group. The patients in control group were given routine rehabilitation nursing, the ones in research group were given proprioeeptionrehabilitation nursing, compared the rehabilitation effects of these two groups. Results There was no significant difference of proprioeeption recovery between these two groups before operation（P 〉 0.05 ）. 6 months and 1 year after the operation, patients in research groupeould bend their knees to 15°,45° ,75°, the effect was much better than that of control group（P 〉0. 05）. The Lysholm knee functional scores of the two groups had no obvious differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Proprioeeption rehabilitation nursing could actively promote recovery of proprioception, it is worthy to be widely promoted and aoolied.
