摘要 参照标准的PXI系统,以自研的4U通用机箱为工作平台,数据信号采用标准的RS-422差分传输方式,将多串口数据传输和传输数据指令识别有效结合起来,提出设备一对多的数据管理思想,通过软硬件相结合的方式设计完成了一种集成度较高的基于PXI的多串口数据管理设备。主要介绍了设备硬件设计结构和工作原理,详细论述了以DSP和FPGA嵌入式软件实现该数据管理方法的工作流程。多个项目的实际使用对该设备的功能和性能进行了可靠的验证。 Referring to standard PXI system,using self-developed 4U common chassis as the working platform,adopting the stand- ard RS-422 differential transmission mode for data signals,and combining the multi-serial data transmission and command recognition effectively,the data management idea of one device corresponding to many devices is proposed.Through a combination of software and hardware,the design of the PXl-based multiple serial data management device with higher level of integration is completed.The structure of the hardware design and working principle are mainly introduced, and the workflow of implementing the data management method with DSP and FPGA embedded software is discussed in detail.The function and the performance of the device are verified reliably through the actual use of multiple projects.
