苦丁茶冬青治疗代谢综合征的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究苦丁茶冬青对代谢综合征(MS)患者的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法将68例MS患者随机分为两组,对照组34例给予盐酸二甲双胍治疗;治疗组34例给予盐酸二甲双胍+苦丁茶提取液治疗。观察苦丁茶对MS患者治疗前后血脂、血糖、血压各指标及血清内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管紧张素II(Ang II)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平的影响。结果治疗组能显著调节MS患者的血脂、血糖、血压各项指标,且治疗后血清ET、NO、Ang II、HbA1c水平均得到显著改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),与对照组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论苦丁茶冬青可显著改善MS患者的各项指标和临床症状。 Objective To observe the clinical effects of Ilex kudingcha leaf in patients with Metabolic Syndrome (MS) and the mechanism. Methods 68 patients with Metabolic Syndrome were randomized into the treatment group ( n = 34) and the control group (n = 34). All patients stopped taking other medications for 7d before the treatment. The control group was treated with traditional treatment of Metformin Hydrochloride , 1.5g · d^-1. While the treatment group were administered with 10ml llex kudingcha leaf extract combined Metformin Hydrochloride, 2 times per day for 60 days. The alteration of TC, TG, HDL - C, SBP, DBP, Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) and some other plasma biochemical factors (ET, NO, Ang II, HbAlc, eta[. ) were measured before and after the treatment. Results In comparison with control group, intragastric administration of Ilex kudingcha to patients with MS altered physiopathologic syndromes of hyperlipemia, hypertension and hyperglycemia. Also, biochemical factors in patients were significantly different in plasma ET, NO, Ang Ⅱ, HbA1c, et al ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion flex kudingcha has significant effects in improving MS.
