摘要 本研究探讨了核桃乳对小鼠学习记忆的改善作用。初断乳昆明幼鼠40只,体重11~14g,随机分为正常对照组(Control)和核桃乳(Walnut milk,WM)干预组,每组20只。WM组每天灌胃给予核桃乳(相当于核桃摄取量为3g/kg·bw),对照组灌胃给予等体积水,实验期为6w。采用旷场实验、避暗实验及八臂迷宫实验分别检测小鼠的自发活动、被动逃避学习记忆及空间学习记忆能力,对比研究核桃对小鼠认知功能的改善作用。结果与对照组对比,核桃乳干预后小鼠的自主活动能力提高、探索活性增强(P〈0.05),被动逃避学习记忆能力有增加趋势,空间学习记忆能力明显提高(P〈0.05),即核桃乳可显著提高小鼠的学习记忆能力。 To evaluate the effects of walnuts on cognitive performance of young mice. 40 KM young mice, weighted 11 -14g, were divided into two groups: controls and walnut milk-treated groups (equivalent to walnut intake 3g/kgobw) for 6 weeks. The effects of walnuts were monitored on food intake and body weight. Cognitive functions of mice were determined by using the open field (OF), step-through avoidance and 8-arms radial maze tests. There were no significant difference in food intake and body weight between the controls and WM groups. In the open field, WM mice exhibited enhanced exploratory behavior and movement capability (P〈0.05). The latency of the WM mice entering the dark compartment become longer, but the trend was non-significant. The walnut milk diet improved reference memory compared to controls in 8-arms radial maze test (P〈0.05). The exploration time of WM groups was significantly shorter than controls. Conclusion These findings show that dietary walnut milk supplementation can improve learning and memory of young mice.
