女贞子果中提取齐墩果酸的微波提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 以女贞子果为原料,乙醇为提取剂,采用微波提取方法提取女贞子果中的活性成分齐墩果酸。通过正交法选取最优提取方案,乙醇体积分数为90%,微波温度为60℃,微波时间为3min,料液比为1∶10(g/m L),微波功率为300W,此条件下齐墩果酸的提取率为1.7194%。 In the studyin the fruit of Ligustrum lucidumused as material and Ethanol as extracting agent toextraction of Ligustrum lucidum fi-uit of the active ingredient in oleanolic acid by the method of microwave extraction. Through the orthogonal method to choose the optimal extraction process : ethanol concentration was 90%, the microwave temperature of 60℃, microwave irradiation time 3min, ratio of material to liquid is l:10(g/mL), microwave power was 300W, and the extraction rate of oleanolic acid was 1.7194% under optimal extraction conditions.
