摘要
当代大学生评价体系大多追求以分配公平为目的的评价理念,以奖学金评定为例,各种"科学"的评审条件、标准只是确保奖学金评定的公平、合理的手段,但既定的资源、均等的分配、统一的标准否定了个体差异性,无法达到促进每个学生自主、自由发展的实质公平。因此,追求奖学金评定的公平应从既定资源分配正义公平观转变为以"尊重个体自由发展"为导向的关系正义公平观。
Contemporary evaluation system of college students seeks after those evaluation concepts with the purpose of distribution justice. In the scholarship evaluation, for example, all kinds of "scientific" conditions and standards for reviewing only ensure the fairness, but the even distribution and the common standard deny the individual differences, and cannot acquire the substantive justice in it. Therefore, a oriented transformation in evaluation system should be taken from the fairness in scholarship evaluation to the relation justice, which respect the free development of individuals.
