摘要
教育的重点在于教师如何教育好自己的学生,而对教师绩效工作的评价是促进教育事业发展的重要参考。我国的教育体系还在不断完善当中,其教师绩效评价体系的不健全,使得我们不能按照同一套教师绩效评价体系来对所有的教师进行绩效评价,这会影响到教师的专业成长和教育事业的发展,因此慢慢地产生了分类教师评价方法。文章运用文献分析和现场调研的方法总结归纳出成熟型教师的群体特点有教学经验丰富、较容易感到职业疲倦、心理负担重影响教学效果和教学能力稳定但缺乏创新意识,专业团队评价法的特点有评价过程民主化、互动化、评价内容专业化和坚持用发展的眼光对待教师;通过对专业团队法的含义、特点与专业团队法在高校成熟型教师绩效评价运用中的主要内容和实施步骤等方面的系统分析,得出了在运用专业团队法评价成熟型教师绩效时应注意利益关系的影响、正确评价定位、提高评价团队的素质、加强评价结果的反馈工作和树立发展性教师绩效评价观等方面问题。
The principal purpose of education is to focus on how teachers educate their students effectively and efficiently, and the teacher performance evaluation is an important measure to promote the development of education. Our education system is not very ma- ture, and the teacher performance evaluation system is not effectively designed, so it is not possible to apply the same system to evalu- ate all the teachers, so teachers are divided into different categories and different evaluation approaches are made accordingly. This paper, through the application of the method of literature analysis and field investigation, summarizes the common features of good teachers. Professional team evaluation method is featured with democratized and interactive evaluation process, professionalized contents, whose aim is still to promote the teacher development.
