摘要
高等教育元评估是对教学评估工作的再评估,对于促进我国教学评估科学化、保障评估实效性和优化教育资源配置具有十分重要的意义。长期以来,由于我国元评估理论研究滞后、教育权力分配不均衡和缺乏良好的法律制度环境造成了元评估的实践缺失,主要表现为元评估主体、标准的缺失以及行为的缺位。新形势下,我国应当通过加强理论研究、加快政府转型和健全法律体系等途径解决高等教育元评估实践缺失的问题。
The meta - evaluation of higher education is the re - evaluation of teaching assessment, and it is significant for promo- ting scientific educational assessment, for securing the practicability of assessment, and for optimizing the allocation of educational re- sources. The research on meta - evaluation of higher education in our country still lags behind, and the power distribution in education is off balance, meanwhile it also lacks environment of sound legal system. They all result in the practical deficiency of meta - evalua- tion. Under the new situation, we should enhance theoretical study, accelerate the transformation of government, and improve the legal system, in order to solve the issue of meta - evaluation.
