当前高校学生管理工作的瓶颈与突破

Bottleneck and Breakthrough of Management of College Students

学生管理是高校重要的日常工作和任务,它关系到高校人才培养目标的达成,对大学生成长成才有重要影响。当前,高校学生管理工作的瓶颈在于管理目标不明确、管理规范不完善、管理信息不通畅、管理队伍不健全。高校学生管理工作瓶颈存在的原因是新的时代特征的挑战、高校改革落后于社会发展的需要、高校辅导员职业定位的不准确。要突破瓶颈就要积极推进高校管理体制变革,建立健全高校法律法规体系,加强网络技术在高校学生管理中的应用,使辅导员队伍建设制度化、规范化。

Student management is an important daily work and task of in universities, and it has great influence on the fulfillment of the talent training goal as well as on the growth and success of college students. Currently, the bottleneck of college student manage- ment lies in the unclear management objectives, the imperfect management norm, the asymmetric management information, and the un- sound management team. It is partly due to the challenge from the new epoch, and partly to the lag of college reform compared with the social development, even to the incorrect professional orientation of college counselors. To overcome the bottleneck, colleges should positively promote the reform of college management, set up a sound system of laws and regulations, enhance the cyber technology application in college student management, and institutionalize and standardize the team building of counselors.
