摘要
法律意识是人们关于法和法律现象的认知、思想、情感、信念等各种心理要素的总和。近几年高校极端事件的接连发生,结合笔者的调查,暴露出大学生整体法律意识薄弱,主要表现在法律知识不足、法律信仰缺失、法治知识的空白,有社会、学校和学生自身等三个方面的原因。应从树立社会主义法治观念、加强法律思维方式的训练、合理设置课程、理论教学和实践教育密切结合等方面加强大学生法律意识的培养。
Legal consciousness is the people＇ s perception, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and other psychological factors on law and legal phenomenon. Recent spate of extreme events at colleges and universities, combined with the author＇s investigation, that exposed the weak legal consciousness of college students as a whole, mainly manifested in the lack of legal knowledge, lack of legal faith and knowledge gap of rule of law, there are social reasons, school reasons and their own reasons. The cultivation of the legal consciousness of college students should be strengthened from these aspects ： setting up the concept of socialist rule of law, strengthening the training of the legal thinking mode, setting up reasonable curriculum, closely combining theory and practice and so on.
