中外社区舞蹈艺术管理模式对比研究——以北京与伦敦为例

A Contrast Study of Dance Arts Management Between Chinese and Overseas Communities——A Case Study in Beijing and London

在顺应国家大力提倡建立健全现代公共文化服务体系宏观政策下,我国开始重视用多元思维模式看待舞蹈文化的综合价值,逐步实现公共艺术发展的公共化、公民化、社会化。本文以"中外社区舞蹈艺术管理模式"为研究对象,研究社区舞蹈艺术管理的社会整合功能,提出社区艺术管理方式的实践操作模式,充分实现群众参与公共艺术的可能性,同时也为艺术家提供了一个以专业介入社会的平台。将中外城市社区艺术管理模式进行对比,促进中国城市社区舞蹈艺术社会化的发展,达成艺术社会的整体实现。

Under the situation of adapting to the macro policy that China advocates the establishment and completion of modern public cultural service system, our nation begins to focus more attention on valuating the comprehensive value of dance culture with multi-polar thinking mode so as to gradually realize the publication, citizening and socialization of public arts development. The paper, while taking the ＂dance arts management between Chinese and overseas communities＂ as the research target, studies the social integrated functions of community arts management, propose the practical operation mode of community arts management means, and fully realize the possibility of masses attending public arts, thus creating a platform for the artists to enter into society with the ＂professional＂ identity. In the paper, urban arts management will be compared between Chinese and overseas communities so that the development of Chinese urban communities dance arts socialization can be promoted. In this way, the overall realization of arts socialization.
