唐山市中老年人群血脂异常状况及危险因素分析

Prevalent Charateristics and Risk Factors of Dyslipidemia among Middle-aged and Elderly Residents in Tangshan City

目的:调查唐山市中老年人群血脂异常状况并分析其危险因素。方法:用整群随机抽样法选取唐山市2 664名45岁以上中老年居民为研究对象,通过体格和生化检查,收集人体测量参数及生化指标;中国成人血脂异常防治指南为诊断标准,计算血脂异常检出率并分析血脂异常的分布情况及影响因素。结果:本调查中,女性TC和LDL-C平均水平高于男性(P<0.05);乡村TC、TG平均水平高于城镇(P<0.05)。整个人群血脂异常检出率57.0%,乡村高于城镇(P<0.05)。多因素分析表明,女性、居住乡村、肥胖、脉压差高、高血压、糖尿病是血脂异常的危险因素。结论:该地区中老年人血脂异常患病率较高,城镇女性、乡村居民,以及体重指数增大、脉压差增高和糖尿病人群为血脂异常增高的高危人群。

Objective： To investigate the prevalent characters and risk factors of dyslipidemia among middle-aged and elderly residents in Tangshan city. Methods： A total of 2 664 residents aged 45-94 years old were selected by random cluster sampling method from Tangshan city to collect anthropometric measurements and biochemical parameters by conducting physical examination and blood test. The prevalent charateristics and risk factors of dyslipidemia were estimated according to the China Adult Dyslipidemia Prevention Guide. Results： Among the individuals, the means of TC and LDL-C among women were significant higher than those of men （P〈0.05）. The mean of TC and TG in rural were significantly higher than those in urban （P〈0.05）. The detection rate of dyslipidemia was 57.0% among the total population, with a higher rate in rural （P〈0.05）. The logistic analysis showed that females, rural residents and individuals with obesity, increased pulse pressure difference, hypertension and diabetes were risk factors for dyslipidemia. Conclusion： The middle-aged and elderly in this areas have a high prevalent rate of dyslipidemia. Urban females, rural residents and individuals with higer body mass index, increased pulse pressure difference, and diabetes are high-risk populations ofdyslipidemia.
