补肾、健脾、活血方法对骨质疏松症小鼠骨及骨骼肌中Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATP酶含量影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察补肾、健脾、活血方法对骨质疏松症小鼠骨骼及骨骼肌中Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶含量的影响,探讨中医药防治骨质疏松症的作用机制。方法:实验药物灌胃8周后,ELISA法测定股骨及骨骼肌中Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶的含量。结果:补肾组、福善美组小鼠骨骼及骨骼肌的Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶较模型组明显升高。结论:骨质疏松症的形成可能与骨及骨骼肌Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶含量异常有关;补肾、健脾方法通过调控骨质疏松症小鼠的骨及骨骼肌Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶含量,起到防治骨质疏松症的作用。 Objective: To observe the effects of tonifying kidney,tonifying spleen, promoting blood flow therapies on Ca^2+ -Mg^2+-ATP enzyme content of bone and skeletal muscle in osteoporosis mice, so as to investigate the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods: Intragastric administration was the way of medication for 8 weeks , and then the bone and skeletal muscle were taken to detemermine the content of Ca^2+ -Mg^2+- ATP enzyme by ELISA method. Results: the bone and the skeletal muscle Ca^2+ -Mg^2+-ATP enzyme content increased significantly in the tonifying kidney medicine group and the Fosamax group. Conclusion: The formation of osteoporosis may be related to abnormal content of bone and skeletal muscle Ca^2+ -Mg^2+-ATP enzyme. The tonifying kidney method , tonifying spleen method are of a preventive effect on osteoporosis through the regulation of content of osteoporosis mice bone and skeletal muscle Ca^2+ -Mg^2+-ATP enzyme.
