摘要
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)与紫外分光光度计法(UV)对104株汝城白毛茶茶树资源春季芽叶生化成分进行了系统分析,并基于特异性生化成分初步筛选出一批特异单株。
The biochemical components in Spring leaves of group varieties of Camellia Sinesis var. Assarnica cv. Rucheng Baimao were analyzed by spectrophotometer method and HPLC. According to the changing characteristics of components in the Spring leaves, a batch of plants with unique characteristics were selected out within 104 individuals of Rucheng Baimao.
