基于网络组织理论的战略联盟分析

摘要 作为一种"中间型"的组织形态,战略联盟既体现了市场的自由性又体现了企业的联合化,可见其竞争优势也兼顾了市场与企业二者之长。文章从战略联盟概念入手,结合经济学、管理学、社会学等多学科视角,对联盟的伙伴选择、安全性、稳定性及网络优势进行了深层次的分析,进而得出了战略联盟分析的整体模型。 As a kind of "intermediate" organization form, it not only embodies the freedom of markets and reflects the combination of en- terprises, we can see its competitive advantage is both the market and the enterprise two long. This article from the concept of strategic al- liance, combined with economics, management of multidisciplinary perspective and sociology, etc. , to the alliance partner selection, se- curity, stability and the advantages of network are analyzed deeply, and then draw the whole model of strategic alliance analysis.
